Sex and Relationship Therapist

Sex therapy is like regular psychotherapy but we actually talk about sexuality.

I am a qualified couples counsellor and use a number of relational tools to help couples communicate together around issues that are causing them concern.

Sometimes it can just be just one person that is experiencing a problem in their relationship, whether it be with a partner, a friend or a relative.

As an Integrative therapist, I work within a holistic framework that attends to the connection between the mind, the body and the spirit.

My Approach

My approach is Integrative. A central tenet of integrative psychotherapy is that no single form of therapy is best in all situations. Integrative therapists recognise that each client is an individual and what works for one client may not work for another.

About Me

I am a qualified sex and relationship therapist working in private practice at Insight Matters. Initially training with Accord in Marriage Education Facilitation and with the suicide prevention service Teenline, I now hold the London Foundation Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy and the London Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy.
