My Approach
My approach is Integrative. A central tenet of integrative psychotherapy is that no single form of therapy is best in all situations. Integrative therapists recognise that each client is an individual and what works for one client may not work for another.
I therefore maintain flexibility in my approach to problems and draw from different schools and models in order to facilitate the most effective service to clients.
I also focus in a more holistic way, attending to the body, mind and spirit. I work mainly with Person Centred, Gestalt, TA (Transactional Analysis), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and Transpersonal techniques.

Through my work with individuals and couples, I have come to see that the basis of healing and therapy comes from the relationship formed between the therapist and client, through presence, congruence, psycho education and modelling.
